🛠 Key Responsibilities

✅ Strong knowledge of Designs, Raw Materials, Machining & Fabrication Processes

✅ Understand Project Scope, plan and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule

✅ Lead Project Design, Concept Generation & CAD Activities

✅ Expertise in Engineering Powder Handling Products & Systems

✅ Perform Manufacturing Cost Estimations early in the project

✅ Prepare Engineering Documentation, BOM, Design Reviews

✅ Design of Mechanical Components:

 - Conveying Systems

 - Unloading, Blending, Milling & Filling Systems

✅ Ensure timely submission of Reports as per Customer Requirements

✅ Collaborate & coordinate results with team members

✅ Drive initiatives on Innovation, Safety, Customer Focus, and Process Improvements

🎯 Desired Expertise & Knowledge

🔹 Material Handling Projects: Conveying systems, packing systems, screw conveyors, agitators, etc.

🔹 System Design for Material Handling Solutions

🔹 Design Knowledge: Silos, rotating equipment, machines, and machining processes

🔹 Experience in Food & Pharma sectors preferred

🔹 Familiarity with Chemical Processes, Pumps & Blowers

🔹 Hands-on with:

 - Process Equipment

 - Screw Conveyors

 - Belt Conveyors

 - Pneumatic Conveying

 - Pneumatic Circuits
