About the Role

Design Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design team to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Oversee end-to-end design operations, project execution, and delivery.
Handle client interactions and escalations with ownership and professionalism.
Drive target achievement, revenue goals, and operational excellence.
Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Execution, Vendors) to ensure seamless project flow.
Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.
Identify process improvements to enhance design quality and efficiency.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
