Design Head

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in translating client briefings into design proposals using the most suitable product that aligns with the client's requirements. Your responsibilities will include recommending mechanical solutions while considering budget, timelines, and other essential parameters. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of projects from planning and designing to testing and implementation. Acting as a liaison between the company, clients, and manufacturers, you will analyze mechanical designs, refine them as needed, and ensure compliance with national and local regulations and company values. Troubleshooting design-related issues during installation, you will utilize CAD and 3D CAD programs to review mechanical design projects. Your role will also involve developing and maintaining departmental technical standards, design guidelines, and procedures to enhance efficiency. Leading a team of design engineers, you will ensure adherence to industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations to deliver innovative and functional lift solutions to clients. Additionally, you will oversee the conceptualization, design, and development of training programs within the organization to meet business needs effectively.
