To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) or Construction Management, along with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience in EPC estimation and proposal development. Strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to work across time zones and collaborate with global teams are key soft skills required for this role.
