Design Engineer
We are seeking a highly driven and technically skilled Design Engineer to oversee product design, prototyping, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in machine design, team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product designs and prototypes.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, from concept to manufacturing.
• Design and optimize mechanical systems, ensuring efficiency and precision.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Machine Design or product development with Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
• Strong knowledge in designing mechanical systems and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Strong Educational Background, preferably B.E. Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in 2D drafting with GD&T.
• Proficient in 3D modelling software like Fusion 360, Solidworks etc.,
• Proven track record of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Designing jigs, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing and assembly processes is an added advantage
