Develop 2D and 3D designs, models, and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo). Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective. Modify and improve existing product designs based on performance, quality, and customer feedback. Conduct tolerance analysis, material selection, and feasibility studies. Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities. Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials), technical documentation, and design reports. Collaborate with suppliers for component development and technical clarifications. Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and internal quality systems.
