Location :- Pune Maharashtra

Job Description

 Hands on Product design exposure of switchgear product ,Modular Switch &Wiring Accessories Range.

 Familiar with the methods and applications of CAD tools and methodologies

 Hands on exposure to CAD/ CAM Design Software’s like NX, Creo, Solid works, Autocad.

 Knowledge about plastic materials and press die material its basic processing technologyReverse Engineering of products/ parts available in market to design better product/ part.

 Planning and organizing the tool room operations, including inventory management, orderingand maintenance of tools and equipment, and ensuring efficient workflow

 Tool and mould ,modification and mould development as a team member .End to endexpertisefrom mould design to successful mould trial.

 Good knowledge on sheet metal Die designing, die specification, die standards, toolingelementmaterials, bought out items, etc.

 Good exposure to develop 3D models of Strip Layout & Core Cavity Extraction for Dies/Moulddesign using

 Supervising and leading a team of tool room technicians and other staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

 Collaborating with other departments to coordinate tooling requirements for productionschedules and other projects.

 Managing tool room budget and expenses, including tracking inventory levels and orderingnewtools as needed.

 Troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating repairs or maintenance with external vendorsas needed.

 Communicating with stakeholders, including production managers, engineers, and maintenanceteams, on tooling requirements and status updates.

 Ensuring compliance with quality standards and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize tool room operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
