Job Description

Develop and refine architectural designs from initial concepts through to construction documents, incorporating client feedback and regulatory requirements.
Utilize CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D models, plans, elevations, sections, and renderings.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into designs.
Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and ensure feasibility.
Prepare presentation materials, including visualizations and reports, to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED or similar certifications).
Mentor junior team members on design principles and CAD best practices.
Stay updated on emerging trends in architectural design and CAD technologies to enhance project efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-5 years of professional experience in architectural design
Proven proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar software
Strong portfolio demonstrating a blend of creative design thinking and technical CAD execution
Excellent understanding of architectural principles, including spatial planning, materials, and construction methods
Solid knowledge of design software beyond CAD, such as Adobe Creative Suite for presentations
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
