Position: Design & E-commerce Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile professional who can manage e-commerce operations (orders, product uploads, inventory, documentation) along with draftsman work (preparing and updating technical drawings for furniture/products). This role requires attention to detail,coordination skills, and basic technical knowledge to support both operations and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

 Check and process orders on online portals (Amazon, Pepperfry, Flipkart, etc.).

 Create OPFs, send PO acceptance, and coordinate invoicing with finance.

 Upload new products, update inventory, and resolve portal-related issues.

 Assist in shipment planning, label printing, and online documentation.

 Prepare 2D/3D product drawings using AutoCAD/SketchUp as per requirements.

 Update and modify existing designs based on client/production needs.

 Maintain proper records of drawings, orders, and product data.

 Share quotations, reports, and support teams in daily coordination.

Skills Required

 Knowledge of e-commerce portals & order management.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp (drafting skills).

 MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

 Good coordination and communication skills.

 Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Qualifications

 Diploma/Degree in Draftsmanship / Mechanical / Civil (preferred).

 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and drafting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
