Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Design & Drafting Associate. The associate will be responsible for creating and developing technical, engineering, and architectural drawings. Day-to-day tasks include working with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, refining designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to bring projects to life.

Qualifications

• Technical Drawing and Drawing skills
• Engineering Drawings and Architectural Drawings skills
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Develop 3D visualizations, floor plans, and renderings for real estate projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
