Role Description – Real Estate Analyst (Remote, Full-Time) ASN Developers LLP is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position that combines traditional financial and market analysis with on-site coordination support and digital engagement. You will play a vital role in driving our development goals while ensuring operational transparency and public outreach. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial modeling, feasibility studies, and property appraisals Analyze real estate market trends and investment opportunities Perform due diligence for land acquisition and development projects Create and maintain Excel sheets tracking on-site construction materials, including quantity, cost, and supplier details Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate reporting of material usage and procurement Manage and grow ASN Developers’ social media presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Develop and schedule engaging content that highlights project milestones, community initiatives, and brand vision Assist with investor presentations, monthly reporting, and marketing materials Qualifications: Strong analytical and quantitative skills; background in real estate finance or construction management preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with material tracking or inventory management is a plus Basic knowledge of social media strategy, content creation, and analytics Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Construction, or a related field Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision Show more Show less
