Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design Coordinator to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in design coordination, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
Develop and implement effective design concepts and strategies to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Manage and maintain accurate records of design documents and project progress.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members on design principles and practices.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of design principles and practices applicable to the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to the hospitality sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve design-related issues.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
