Job Summary: Responsible for developing architectural designs and ensuring coordination among internal teams and external consultants to align project deliverables and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine architectural, and structural drawings and design. Feasibility study optimization. Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants Ensure design intent is maintained across all phasesResolve design and coordination conflicts Facilitate communication between design, construction, and client teamsReview shop drawings and construction documents Skills & Competencies: - Strong design and detailing skills - Project coordination and stakeholder management- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools - Knowledge of DCPR, real estate rules, relavant acts and approval processes - Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture Experience 10-12 years of experience in architectural design and interdisciplinary coordination
