Deputy Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a self-motivated and performance-driven professional to promote and grow the National Pension System (NPS) under the Kotak Pension Fund in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with corporate and government clients, onboarding employees, organizing awareness initiatives, and ensuring Kotak Pension Fund is the preferred choice at the time of NPS registration or scheme switch.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Outreach:

• Drive daily interactions with HRs, nodal officers, and employees in corporate/government offices.
• Meet monthly NPS subscription targets and ensure Kotak Pension Fund is selected during onboarding.
• Engagement & Awareness:
• Organize and execute NPS awareness sessions, helpdesks, and employee engagement programs.
• Provide one-on-one guidance and resolve queries related to NPS registration and switching processes.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor for NPS and retirement planning queries.
• Market & Presentation Skills:
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare impactful presentations and communication material for client meetings.

Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  Graduate (mandatory); Masters degree preferred.Minimum 60% marks in at least two of the three 10th, 12th, Graduation.

• Experience:

  Minimum 3 years in sales, business development, or relationship management preferably in BFSI (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Retirement Products).

• Languages:

  Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. English-medium background preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
• Execution-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple engagements.
