Deputy Sales Manager – Secured Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for

  secured loan products

  including

  Business Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, and Home Loans

• Manage and expand the

  DSA channel

  and open market sourcing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  DSA partners, connectors, and local market associates

• Source quality loan proposals and ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement
  
• Conduct regular field activities for customer acquisition and market penetration
  
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company credit and compliance policies
  
• Track daily sales performance, pipeline, and MIS
  
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for efficient case closures
  

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  Minimum

  2 to 5 years

  in

  secured loans sales

• Mandatory experience in

  LAP / Mortgage Loans / Business Loans

• Strong exposure to

  DSA handling and open market sales

• Good understanding of the

  Visakhapatnam local market

• Target-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills

  Up to

  35 years
