Deputy Sales Manager – Secured Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for

  secured loan products

  such as

  Business Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, and Home Loans

• Manage and grow the

  DSA channel

  and open market sourcing
• Develop relationships with

  DSA partners, connectors, and local market influencers

• Source quality loan proposals and ensure timely processing and disbursement
  
• Conduct field activities for customer acquisition and market expansion
  
• Maintain documentation accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies
  
• Monitor daily performance, pipeline, and MIS reports
  
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth case closures
  

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  Minimum

  2 to 5 years

  in

  secured loans sales

• Mandatory experience in

  LAP / Mortgage Loans / Business Loans

• Strong exposure to

  DSA handling and open market sales

• Good understanding of the

  local Coimbatore market

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Maximum age:

  Up to

  35 years
