Deputy Sales Manager – Secured Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for

  secured loan products

  including

  Business Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, and Home Loans

• Manage and grow the

  DSA channel

  and open market sourcing
• Build strong relationships with

  DSA partners, connectors, and local market associates

• Source quality loan proposals and ensure timely processing and disbursement
  
• Conduct regular field activities for customer acquisition and market penetration
  
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with company credit and regulatory policies
  
• Track daily performance, pipeline, and MIS reports
  
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth and timely case closures
  

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  Minimum

  2 to 5 years

  in

  secured loans sales

• Mandatory experience in

  LAP / Mortgage Loans / Business Loans

• Strong exposure to

  DSA handling and open market sales

• Good knowledge of the

  Hyderabad local market

• Target-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills

• Maximum age:

  Up to

  35 years
