We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Deputy Sales Manager to join our Secured Business Loans team in Varanasi. The role involves driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high service standards while expanding the secured lending portfolio in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for secured business loan products in the assigned territory.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business objectives.
  
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups for loan closures.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, channel partners, and DSAs.
  
• Assess customer requirements and provide appropriate secured loan solutions.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless loan processing and timely disbursement.
  
• Track market insights, competition activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  
• 25 years of experience in sales, preferably in Secured Business Loans / Mortgage / LAP.
  
• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  
• Good understanding of local markets and customer profiles.
  
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a field sales role.
  
• Basic knowledge of credit and documentation processes.
