Deputy Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for
secured business loans
through DSAs, connectors, and open market activities.
Build and manage a
robust DSA/connector network
to ensure consistent lead generation and business flow.
Conduct client meetings to assess loan requirements, eligibility, and documentation.
Meet and exceed assigned
sales and business targets
while maintaining portfolio quality.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular field visits and identify new business opportunities in the local market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in
Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or Secured Business Loans
.
Field sales experience
is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of the
local market
and existing
DSA/connector network
.
Graduate or above, preferably in business, finance, or commerce.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
as per company standards.
