Deputy Project Manager

Experience- 15+ years

Required experience- 15+ years of total experience in the field of IT project management and preferred in Airport IT.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES-

Project Support:

∙ Prepare WBS, IT project plan inline with Airport project schedule.

∙ Monitoring/Tracking actionable items and ensuring completing milestones as per project schedule.

∙ Coordinating with vertical leads, Consultants & Vendors and Conducting Site Review meetings

∙ Coordinating with concerned teams to provide the required information to completion of the projects in-time.

∙ Design and implementation support.

∙ Detailed design review.

∙ Prepare As built drawing and other documentation for complete handover process.

Team Management –

∙ Work closely with team and conducting Daily/weekly reviewing meetings to fulfilling the gaps.

∙ Engage with the team members to motivate and foster teamwork, understand, and address concerns and provide a collaborative environment for them to develop.

Audits and compliances-

Asset Mgmt./Software Licensing Management.

IT Security Audit Compliance.

ISO/Business excellence/Financial.

Risk Management---Identify risks and implement mitigation actions as per risk treatment plan.

REPORTS:

∙ Preparing reports, presentations for Management Reviews & Customer Reviews.

∙ Maintain Documents version controls and access rights using DMS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
