Deputy Operations Manager

The Deputy Operations Manager will oversee operational activities, ensuring academic excellence, process efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. This position demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively manage complex operational challenges. The Deputy Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning operational processes with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Academic Coordination

• Oversee and streamline academic activities, such as scheduling, curriculum implementation, and faculty support.
• Ensure synchronization between academic objectives and operational execution.

2. Institute Guidance and Support

• Provide strategic direction to faculty, staff, and students on academic and operational matters.
• Mentor and train staff to ensure compliance with institutional policies and enhance performance.

3. Academic Planning and Materials Distribution

• Lead the planning and timely distribution of academic materials.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement of educational supplies.

4. Examination Oversight

• Supervise examination-related activities, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with examination guidelines and address complex issues effectively.

5. Center Visits (Based on Needs)

• Conduct regular visits to academic centers or branches to assess and optimize operational performance.
• Implement corrective actions based on findings from center visits.

6. Internal and External Coordination

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless operational processes.
• Represent the organization in meetings and key events.

7. Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing operational and academic activities.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

8. Quality Assurance

• Monitor processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across all operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
