Job Purpose

The Objective of the team is to integrate high scalable and transactional BBPS system for BFL customers. The team would closely coordinate and work with multiple project stake holders- NPCI, Aggregators, Banks, Business COEs, Service and Operations.

Duties And Responsibilities

  •  Understanding of NPCI – BBPS ecosystem and its different entities and Payment gateway system and its architecture.
  •  Complete understanding of Online transaction flow and the entities involved in an online transaction.
  •  Maintain communication with third party systems and vendors.
  •  Preparation of Understanding document from BRD/figma which can be provided to tech team
  •  Work closely with other teams like product, operations, infrastructure within BFL.
  •  Able to manage a team of 3-4 persons.
  •  Strong understanding of the development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
  •  Basic know how of backend/frontend technologies such Java/Android.
  •  Working experience in interfacing with REST APIs / Web services.
  •  Good experience with tools such as Postman, Fiddler, etc.
  •  Good experience with Project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Azure boards
  •  Expose to databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL with hands on in running various queries.
  •  Good Analytical and communication skills.
  •  Ability to learn business and technologies quickly.

Required Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s-B.Tech/Master’s in computer science
  • Overall 6+ years’ experience in Finance/Payments domain of handling various projects.
  • Exposure working in Merchant management ecosystem where payment is exposed as B2B model
  • Technology orientation and attitude to challenge status-quo.
  • High degree of passion and self-belief.
  • Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company.
  • Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter.
  • Should possess the below skill sets:
  • Stakeholder Management (critical)
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Analytical & Problem Solving skills
