Role & responsibilities

Customer focuses to build trust with customers. Must be a strong communicator to manage customer expectations and SLAs
Team Management to ensure efficient work allocation, optimal utilization, timeliness and accuracy
Manage prioritization of jobs across multiple clients
Review of the activities performed by the team
Onboarding new clients with detailed documentation of client processes
Post journal entries and prepare backups and audit trail
Cleanup accounting books
Create US/UK/Canada/ Australia Tax ready books
Work from Global FPO India Office for clients across globe including USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, UAE, Dubai etc.
Prepare Financial Statements as per multiple GAAPs

Required Skills:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce or any related field of Accounting .
8 -12 years of experience in field of accounting with at least 5 years experience in international accounting (US, Australia, Canada)
Excellent knowledge of accounting concepts and principles
Should have worked for international clients.
Excellent communication
