Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and implement operational risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute risk control processes that align with business objectives.
Conduct regular reviews of operational risk reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Provide training and guidance on operational risk management best practices to team members.
Execute operational risk assessments adhering to the planned approach while delivering quality work in line with WNS Group standards.
Prepare risk registers basis the risk assessment including the recommended controls to mitigate the identified risks.
Ensure closure of open risks through implementation of mitigating controls & manage escalations,

Job Requirements :

2-10 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field (e.g., auditing).
Strong understanding of RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment) principles and methodologies.
Experience working in an investment banking or financial services environment is preferred.
Required Professional Qualification: * Minimum 2+ years (post qualification) of auditing/risk assessment exposure
