Job Title: Senior Associate Fare Filing (FFD)

Location: Vikhroli

Shifts: Rotational Shifts including night shifts

Transport facilities will be provided

Role Summary

The Senior Associate – Fare Filing will be responsible for handling end-to-end fare filing activities in compliance with airline and industry standards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Fare Filing Department (FFD) activities in line with airline policies, industry procedures, and agreed SLAs
• Perform fare filings using ATPCO, including:
• Public and Private filings
• Category 25
• Optional Services
• YQ/YR surcharges
• Add-ons and related fare components
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of fare data across systems
• Prioritize and allocate work based on SLA requirements and business urgency
• Share regular updates during briefings and proactively discuss challenges and process improvement opportunities
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely updates to records and trackers
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders (written and verbal)
• Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of

  ATPCO

  and fare filing processes
• Well-versed in

  world geography

  and ATPCO terminology
• Hands-on experience with

  GDS systems

  such as:
• Amadeus
• Sabre
• Galileo
• Worldspan
• Apollo
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy and analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in

  MS Office applications

  (Excel, Word, Outlook)
