Requirements :

• Handle day-to-day

  FFD activities

  in line with

  Airlines and Industry

  procedures and as per the agreed SLA

• Proficient in ATPCO

  and its products like Public/Pvt filings,CAT25, Optional services, YQ-YQ, Add on's etc.
• Well versed with

  World geography and ATPCO

  terminology

• Strong GDS knowledge like in Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo/Worldspan/Apollo

  etc.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, problem solving capabilties.
• Effective oral/written communication with client and internal stakeholders
• Strong in documentation and its maintenance
• Proficiency in MS office application
• Prioritizing the work allocation according to SLA requirements
• Share all the updates in briefing, discuss the challenges on process improvement
• Ability to work independently and multi-task with minimum supervision in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Problem solving ability
• Ability to meet deadlines, providing accurate and thorough results
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
• Good time management and organization skills

Readiness for 24*7 shifts and rotational WO's.
