Deputy Manager

As a part of the team supporting the execution of the WNS Analytics Growth Initiatives (WAGI) programs, you will be involved in specialized, knowledge-intensive, and analytics-focused programs aimed at increasing sales through multiple channels. Your main responsibilities will revolve around bid management, solutioning support, and providing sales support to WNS Analytics sales leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Providing bid management support to sales leaders throughout the opportunity lifecycle. - Acting as a liaison between sales and solutions team for solutioning support. - Offering active sales support to WNS Analytics sales leaders for various pursuits such as existing client pursuits, WNS Analytics cross-sell pursuits, partnership and alliances pursuits, advisor-led pursuits, and NxT platform-led sales. - Tracking progress, actions, and next steps for each pursuit. - Identifying additional client contacts aligned to WNS Analytics services. - Maintaining cross-sell plans for identified accounts and tracking opportunities to closure. - Setting up relevant meetings, tracking action items, and following up with owners for partnership and alliances pursuits. - Engaging the solution team as necessary for advisor-led pursuits. - Working closely with sales leaders and capability teams in identifying and pursuing platform-led sales. Qualification Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate. - Senior experienced sales support leads. - Strong communication skills. - Past industry knowledge is preferred.,
