You will be supporting the execution of the WNS Analytics Growth Initiatives (WAGI) programs, which are specialized, knowledge-intensive, and analytics-focused initiatives driven by the Analytics BU. The primary goal of WAGI programs is to increase sales through multiple channels. Your roles and responsibilities as part of the sales support teams include: Bid Management: Providing bid management support to sales leaders throughout the opportunity lifecycle. This involves following up with relevant teams on progress and providing updated status to respective sales leaders. Solutioning Support: Acting as a liaison between sales and solutions team, following up with respective teams on prioritization, solutioning briefs, and tracking progress. Sales Support: Providing active sales support to WNS Analytics sales leaders on various fronts such as existing client pursuits, WNS Analytics cross-sell pursuits, partnership and alliances pursuits, advisor-led pursuits, and NxT platform-led sales. For existing client pursuits, you will attend client meetings with sales and solution team members, track action items and agreed next steps, set up follow-up meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, identify additional client contacts aligned to WNS Analytics services, and provide a brief of relevant WNS Analytics services to the clients during 1st level meetings. In WNS Analytics cross-sell pursuits, you will maintain cross-sell plans for identified accounts, set up meetings with account leaders, track actions and next steps, identify additional contacts responsible for data and analytics services, and facilitate interim actions with sales and solution leaders. For partnership and alliances pursuits, you will track opportunities with partners and alliances, set up relevant meetings, track action items, and follow up with owners to track opportunities to closure. In advisor-led pursuits, you will provide bid management support, set up meetings, follow up on actions, engage solution team as necessary, and track to closure. For NxT platform-led sales, you will work closely with sales leaders and capability teams in identifying and pursuing platform-led sales, engaging capability and solution teams as necessary, setting up meetings, tracking actions, identifying client contacts, and tracking to closure. This role requires senior experienced sales support leads with strong communication skills, past industry knowledge, and the ability to execute the proposed WNS Analytics strategic focus areas to drive desired business outcomes for the Analytics business unit.
