Hiring: Deputy Manager – US Taxation (Form 1065) – Financial Services

📍 Location:

Mumbai | Bangalore | Hyderabad

🏢 Work Mode:

Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage tax assignments from planning to finalization.
Review and manage Partnership (Form 1065) tax returns and supporting workpapers.
Supervise a team of 1–2 tax professionals, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Provide subject matter expertise on technical queries from team members.
Directly interact with clients and global counterparts to manage expectations and deliver high-quality service.
Mentor, train, and evaluate team performance.
Support Senior Managers in client delivery, risk management, and team leadership.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
4+ years of experience in progressive US/global taxation
Expertise in Form 1065 (Partnership returns) including: → Hedge Funds → Private Equity → Venture Capital → Funds of Funds (FoFs)
Solid understanding of investment/fund structures
Client-facing experience and excellent communication skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

CPA, CA, or Enrolled Agent (EA)
Experience with global delivery models
Background in Big 4, BDO, RSM, or US tax-focused boutique firms
