Deputy Manager - Training

Job Details

• Customise training content based on research, latest employment trends, skill demands, and industry requirements.

• Develop the training content for program delivery.

• Build relationships with employers to create job placement opportunities and internships.

• Train students in problem-solving, and job-specific competencies based on market requirements.

• Conduct mock interviews to simulate real-world job interview situations, provide one-on-one mentoring to students.

• Conduct workshops on employability skills such as interview techniques, career planning, and confidence building.

• Complete Understanding of required Skills including Job search, interview Preparation & new age assessment tools like ATS, AI powered platforms,

• Tracking learners' attendance, progress, and outcomes.

• Postgraduate /Graduate with prior L&D experience in educational institution/corporate.

• Experience in content creation is mandatory.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with AI tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

• Certified through National, International certifying bodies i.e. KPMG, ISTD, Dale Carnegie, British Council or equivalent with relevant experience of identifying training need analysis, capable of delivering training & development programs primarily in Employability readiness is desired .
