Aspire is a professional organization that provides specialized training, research, and consultancy services in various fields, including ISO standards, customer standards, market research, and product development. We offer a range of trainings on ISO standards such as ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 22000 (FSMS) etc.., and BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9, tailored to the specific needs of different industry sectors. Our consultancy services focus on developing bespoke management systems that align with international standards. Additionally, our research team is dedicated to product development and market research.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager - Training located in Kochi. The Deputy Manager - Training will be responsible for

Supervising training sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs.
Post operational training activities
Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, coordinating with clients, and providing excellent customer service.
Managing training schedules, assessing training needs, and continuously improving training programs to meet industry standards.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and Training & Development proficiency
Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
Experience in conducting and delivering Training sessions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Master's degree in life science and 5+ years of experience in food sector
Hold a HACCP Level 3/Food Safety Level 4 certificate
preference for Highfield Approved Tutor/ISO 22000:2018/FSSC 22000/BRCGS...
Experience in the training or consulting industry is a plus
