Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager - Training located in Kochi. The Deputy Manager will oversee the development and implementation of training programs, manage team performance, and ensure high customer service standards. The role involves conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, developing training materials, and maintaining training records. The Deputy Manager will work closely with different departments to ensure training programs align with company objectives and industry standards.
