Job Description

Stock Exchange Compliances
Ensure timely preparation, filing, and monitoring of quarterly, annual, periodic, and event-based compliances with the stock exchange for the listed entity.
Assist in drafting and finalizing the agenda and documentation for Board and Committee Meetings.
Maintain records in line with SEBI (LODR) Regulations and other applicable listing requirements.
Legal and Regulatory Updates
Track, interpret, and circulate amendments in Company Law, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and other relevant statutes.
Proactively inform the management and compliance team about critical regulatory changes.
Corporate Compliances for Group Companies
Handle ROC and corporate secretarial compliances for associated private and public entities.
Draft, review, and file necessary resolutions, returns, and statutory records.
IEPF Compliances
Manage compliances relating to transfer of unclaimed dividends and shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).
Ensure timely filings and reconciliation of related data.
FEMA Compliances
Ensure adherence to FEMA laws applicable to the Company and its foreign subsidiaries.
Handle reporting of foreign investments, external commercial borrowings (ECBs), and other cross-border transactions.
Liaise with authorized dealers, RBI, and consultants as required.
