Introduction Virtual relationship is a new initiative aimed to proactively engage with the customer and enhance customer experience by assigning a dedicated relationship manager to resolve all customer concerns related to his policy. This initiative is expected to improve customer experience as in the present scenario we have transactional approach wherein different business partners approach the policy holder for specific activity
- Resolving policy service need
- Renewal collection to resolve policy holder s service needs, Cross sale opportunity.
Job Summary
The job holder will be primarily responsible for designing, developing, monitoring and fulfilling Sales Promotion and Events for Agency channel by
- Designing and executing innovative below the Line Sales Promotion Activities and Contests
- Develop analytical capabilities with support functions for assessing contest efficacy within approved Cost and Time Budgets
- Leading fulfillment and resolution for initiatives thereby impacting satisfaction scores positively
- Work towards automation of sales promotion activities
Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables
- Lead and Drive Life Advisor & Star Leader s Program. Ensure timely fulfilment
- Execution and Fulfillment of all campaigns to drive sales
- Execution and Fulfillment of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual R&R Plaques/Trophies/Certificates
- Driving Advisor & Customer NPS (Detractor Governance)
- Fulfilment though Instant Gratification (MWallet)
- Vendor Management
- Self-Initiative + Participation in Dept. Initiatives
- Communication of initiatives via SMS/Emails
Life Advisor & Star Leader s Club
- Effective communication and visibility through smart MISs
- Take effective measures to improve LA & Leader s star count and productivity
- Automation of Reports
- Fulfilment of LA Benefits on time
Contests & R&R
- Designing contest constructs and activities with innovative ideas for new contests & R&R
- Effective coordination with Vendors & different Departments (Procurement, Finance & BPMA) for end to end fulfilment & timely Payouts
- Correct Narrations for R&R
Advisor & Customer NPS
- Lead NPS Detractor management process through Quality analysis and close looping with field
- Lead and drive sales promotion NPS experience
Measures of Success
- Improved LA penetration in agency business

- Creating visibility & updates to the sales team on contest launched
- Strong Vendor management for fulfilment within time and cost

Desired qualification and experience
Job Specifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate with prior experience of Sales Promotion, Vendor management, Stakeholder management
- Willing to work with tight deadlines
- Prior Insurance background is preferred
- Good MS Excel & MS Power point skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/non-verbal/email etiquettes)
