Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate development projects in Mumbai
Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project completion within budget and schedule
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes
Manage project budgets and financial aspects, including cost control and forecasting
Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and milestones
