Job Description

Review and negotiation of contractual documents such as Engagement letters, NDA, MSA, SOW etc., from a business risk management perspective
Negotiate contracts with the client along with a lawyer

Review of alliance arrangements

Review of RFPs & tenders
Coordinating with the business teams and the Central/ legal teams to ensure clearance of contractual documents.
Conducting QRM review of technology assets, eminence content clearances
Handle quality & risk management reviews of engagement delivery and MIS for QRM reporting

Facilitate QRM trainings for engagement teams

Reviewing vendor onboarding documents as per firm policies
