Designation: Deputy Manager Role: Team Leader Mortgage (Home Loans) Reports To: Area Manager Location: Gomti Nagar / Mahanagar – Lucknow Industry: Banking / Financial Services / Mortgage Lending Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–6 Years Job Summary We are hiring a dynamic and driven Deputy Manager – Mortgage (Home Loans) to lead and manage a high-performing sales team in Gomti Nagar and Mahanagar, Lucknow . The role includes team management, source engagement, joint field visits, process monitoring, and target achievement across assigned geographies. Key Responsibilities Area & Geography Mapping Allocate and manage territories among team members Conduct periodic reviews and audits of mapped areas Drive performance and lead generation through proper area ownership Source Relationship Management Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs and other sales channels Ensure high productivity and engagement of all active sources Joint Field Calls Conduct daily joint sales and source visits with team members Coach and guide team on sales closures and client conversions Channel Partner Recruitment Identify and onboard new channel partners in the target market Ensure proper induction and business activation Daily Team Huddles Conduct structured team huddles to track performance and resolve challenges Share daily targets, product updates, and motivate the team Team Review & Process Monitoring Review team performance through sales process audits, LMS entries, and daily logs Ensure 100% compliance and reporting discipline Credit Team Coordination Follow up with credit teams for loan application status Ensure timely updates to team members and smooth file processing Candidate Requirements Graduate (mandatory), MBA preferred 3–6 years of experience in home loan or mortgage sales , with 1–2 years as a team leader Strong knowledge of retail lending, DSAs, field sales, and loan processing Excellent team management, leadership, and communication skills Willingness to travel within Gomti Nagar and Mahanagar
