Job Profile

Responsible for developing B2C & B2B marketing strategies (BTL/ATL) and execute the same region wise
Develop Marketing plans & briefs in consultation with sales team
Generate new ideas for sales augmentation & brand building
Plan marketing and branding objectives.
Expand product solutions and offerings
Formulate innovative tactics to increase footfalls in the stores
Work as In-House marketing and communication agency
Design and Develop all marketing & Sales collateral
To over see all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
Prepare marketing budget for various activities
Provide vital marketing support to all sales and operational teams at all times
To manage all aspects of print & creative production
Develop news ideas for Retail Branding, BTL activation, Events & Exhibitions
Identify medium of communication for each campaign(Print, TV, OOH, Digital etc)
Media planning and buying

Candidate Profile

More than 8 yrs in a similar role.(Agency or client side)
Strong practice in BTL,ATL & Events Marketing
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
A good head for business
Problem solvingability
