Strategic Planning and Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals. Forecast hiring needs by collaborating with senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Lead employer-branding initiatives like Campus Hiring to position the company as an employer of choice. Monitor industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. Employee Experience & Onboarding Oversee integration of new hires into the organization through structured onboarding support and early engagement programs. Monitor the Employee Connect Program to ensure meaningful follow-ups during critical early tenure checkpoints, reinforcing candidate satisfaction and cultural alignment. Recruitment Operations / Analytics & Reporting Develop, maintain and analyze recruitment dashboards to track key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-acceptance ratio and diversity hiring. Standardize and improve recruitment processes to ensure consistency and compliance. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Champion inclusive hiring practices to promote a diverse workforce. Collaborate with DEI teams to ensure recruitment strategies align with inclusion goal
