Job Description

Join us in building a more sustainable future for Indias infrastructure.

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Inventory ControlAnalyze and reduce costs.
Ensure controls in Safety, Quality and Storage.
Good Working knowledge in SAP.
Work with outside suppliers to increase the quality of components.
Coordinate with the different department in the manufacturing plant.
Work with the financial department to come up with a budget and spending plan.
Manage communication lines with managers, suppliers, and procurement departments.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsPropose innovative ideas to increase market share.
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
One of the major responsibilities of the store manager is to make the customers feel safe and comfortable in the store.
It is his key responsibility to make sure that the customer leaves the store with a pleasant smile.
Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
Additional duties as assigned by the Management

Qualification & Experience:

BE / B.Tech / Dilploma with 10-15 years Experience in Warehouse Management in Heavy Engineering Industry
