Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical systems.
Ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted production operations.
Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.
Implement energy-saving initiatives and electrical safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications & Experience

B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
8-12 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in automotive/engineering plants.
Proven ability to manage maintenance teams.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of PLCs, drives, motors, and industrial automation.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
