We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager – Retail Solutions to strategize, manage, and execute high-impact projects in the e-commerce space. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong process management mindset, client servicing expertise, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Operational Excellence & Project Management

• Prioritize, plan, and supervise daily deliverables at the project level.
• Oversee execution of operational tasks while ensuring adherence to defined processes and best practices.
• Resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
• Meet and exceed operational targets, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, including invoicing and reporting, to streamline processes.

(2) Talent Development & Team Leadership

• Recruit and onboard top talent to strengthen the operations team.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members in alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate internal talent movement and enable professional growth.
• Foster a culture of performance excellence, ownership, and accountability.

(3) Process Optimization & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to client expectations, industry standards, and internal quality metrics.
• Regularly review performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Safeguard data integrity, confidentiality, and company intellectual property at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8–15 years in a delivery or operations management role within e-commerce or online retail.
• Education: Graduate with minimum 60% marks (Engineering degree preferred).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, retail processes, and performance management frameworks.

Skills

• Leadership & Team Management: Ability to build, coach, and drive high-performance teams.
• Project Management & Decision Making: Strategic thinking with a focus on execution and problem-solving.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and scripting tools.
