Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Expanding the distribution network across domestic and international markets.
Identify, onboard, and manage new Channel Partners (CPs) such as Wealth Management Firms, Chartered Accountants, Automobile Dealers, and other innovative sales partners.
Strengthen and deepen engagement with existing CPs to drive consistent business growth.
Ensure achievement of sales and distribution targets through effective partner management and new channel development.
Collaborate with internal Sales and Marketing teams to implement channel strategies and campaigns.
Monitor distribution performance metrics and provide inputs for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry practices and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for expansion.

Candidate Profile:

MBA with 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales & Distribution.
Strong network and proven ability to build and manage distribution relationships.
Hands-on experience in driving sales through multi-channel distribution.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Exposure to high-value product/service distribution will be an advantage.
