Deputy Manager / Manager Projects

Role Overview: You will be responsible for establishing and driving the process of implementing large and complex client programs in India, involving multiple regions and potentially new warehouses. Your role will include managing a smooth process for bridging sales and operational activities, executing routine sales pipeline reviews, and managing large-scale projects to add value and create a competitive advantage for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Drive complex implementations for new and/or additional business across the country - Establish and measure project milestone progress - Identify solutions and remove roadblocks to meet timelines and customer requirements - Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with clients globally - Ensure infrastructure for new client solutions is in place, including SOPs, IT set-up, vendor introduction, and performance management routines - Maintain oversight of the commercial pipeline and engage in the closing sales process - Demonstrate competency to clients in terms of smooth on-boarding - Work closely with opportunity managers, solution engineers, and commercial teams to understand client needs Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree/ PG Preferred - Minimum 07+ years of relevant working experience in the logistics industry in a similar capacity - PMP / PMI certification preferred - Prior experience in supply chain solution development and engaging with strategic clients - Proficiency in project management tools including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills and customer service skills - Experience as a Production, Manufacturing, Operations Leader, or LEAN/CI/Six Sigma Specialist is essential,
