Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across business verticals.
Prepare monthly MIS, variance reports, and business insights for leadership.
Partner with business teams for cost optimization and investment analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit standards.
Liaise with cross-functional teams including strategy, operations, and legal.
Drive process improvements through automation and analytics.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) with up to 10 years of experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint.
Industry experience in manufacturing, steel, energy, or infra preferred.
Below 35 years of age as per company policy.
Willingness to work across PAN India locations.
