Deputy Manager - Logistics

• Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient material movement.
• Prepare essential documentation including Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, and manage inventory records.
• Reconcile inventory in the LN system and ensure timely reporting through DDR, MIS, and book closures.
• Process and book expenses related to port operations.

Import and Dispatch Coordination

• Manage space allocation and obtain necessary NOCs from shipping lines and storage tanks.
• Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, tank farms, and surveyors to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee port activities including vessel handling and discharge execution.
• Ensure compliance by preparing dispatch documentation, filing BOEs, facilitating goods examination, and updating QC reports from surveyors.

Denaturation & Clearance of DEA and Acetic Acid

• Facilitate departmental approvals for denaturation in accordance with Government of India norms.
• Supervise denaturation activities at the port as per regulatory instructions.
• Arrange MRNs, documentation, and approvals from relevant government authorities.

Terminal Storage Charges Management

• Collaborate with the Head Office team to plan and ensure seamless storage of imported materials.
• Ensure timely dispatch execution as per contractual agreements.
• Verify and process terminal agency bills in line with contract terms and ensure prompt payments.

Regulatory Compliance & Government Liaison

• Prepare and file statutory returns and amendments related to State Excise, Customs, Rack Movement, and other government authorities.
• Handle audits, investigations, and liaise with intelligence teams and government departments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, GST, and Excise regulations in the LN system.
