Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative employee development and talent management programs.
Conduct Training Needs Identification & Analysis (TNI/TNA).
Drive induction programs and support ongoing capability-building initiatives.
Create and manage Training MIS, calendars, and reports.
Partner with HODs to identify training needs and career growth opportunities.
Monitor and enhance training effectiveness, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.
Support HR operations, including engagement activities and post-joining formalities.
Ensure continuous improvement of training modules and interventions.

What We're Looking For:

Strong background in
Talent Development / L&D / HR Training
.
Experience in planning, executing, and measuring training programs.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to design engaging learning interventions aligned with business needs.
High ownership, creativity, and adaptability.
