Deputy Manager - HR

Roles and Responsibilities Manage contract labour, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Oversee factory act implementation, including statutory compliances and requirements. Timely completion of all HR tasks and projects assigned by the organization. Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and performance evaluation. Lead, develop, motivate, and guide the team effectively to achieve the set company's Goals. Plan for the optimization of labour in strategizing production schedules with proper planning. Setting up planning activities for achieving higher productivity with minimum downtime Oversee and coordinate all necessary safety related tasks including training, inspections, internal and external audits, social security audits, reporting and compliance with governmental regulations. Develop, implement, and manage policies and programs related to employment, employee relations, wage administration, training, orientation, safety, health and benefits, performance management, employee engagement activities effectively and in accordance with company policy and governmental regulations Manage General administration like transport facilities, housekeeping, canteen, uniforms, annual health check ups as per legal requirement, MIS etc. Key Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Expertise in contract labour management, employee relations, and driving performance culture. Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically while managing tactical HR operations. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HRMS & HR analytics Ability to influence and drive decision-making with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Pre-requisites Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and IR in a manufacturing set up Education: MBA in Human Resources/ PGDM Degree in HRM / MLS
