Job Description

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Ø Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Ø Provide insights and recommendations on HR practices and policies to improve organizational effectiveness. Ø Act as a change agent to drive and manage organizational change initiatives. Ø Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Ø Provide guidance and support to managers on conducting performance reviews and setting objectives. Ø Provides guidance and input on workforce planning, and succession planning. Ø Identify and address performance issues and develop action plans for improvement. Keys to Success Requires in-depth knowledge and experience Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own area and general knowledge of related areas Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market Supervisory Responsibilities None Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Requirements And Preferred Skills 10-12 years of experience Show more Show less
