Deputy Manager - HR

You will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Your role will involve providing insights and recommendations on HR practices and policies to enhance organizational effectiveness. As a change agent, you will drive and manage organizational change initiatives. Working closely with management and employees, you will focus on improving work relationships, boosting morale, and increasing productivity and retention. Additionally, you will offer guidance and support to managers on conducting performance reviews and setting objectives. Your responsibilities will also include providing input on workforce planning, succession planning, identifying and addressing performance issues, and developing action plans for improvement. To succeed in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in the field. You should have both conceptual and practical expertise in your area, along with a general understanding of related areas. Knowledge of best practices, understanding how your area integrates with others, awareness of the competition, and factors that differentiate the company in the market are crucial for success. While you will not have direct supervisory responsibilities, you will act as a resource for other team members. You may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements, as well as provide guidance to colleagues with less experience.
